ORAL ORDER:

W.P. No. 7141 of 2017 was disposed of directing the Conservator of Forests/4th respondent in writ petition to examine the claim of the petitioner and to pass orders by assigning due reasons in support of his decision. Alleging non compliance of the said direction, this contempt case is filed. Learned Government Pleader produced copy of the orders passed by Chief Conservator of Forests, NIzamabad circle, Nizamabad in Rc No. 3808/2016/M2 dated 13.6.2017 wherein claim of the petitioner for promotion was considered and rejected and Government Pleader informs the Court that since Chief Conservator of Forests is competent authority, the decision was made by him, though direction was issued to Conservator of Forests. In view of the decision made rejecting the request of the petitioner for promotion, it cannot be said that orders of this Court are not complied with. Contempt Case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies, if so advised, against the proceedings dated 13.6.2017.
