THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 16004 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action on the complaint of the petitioner dt.13.07.2019 for providing protection to the petitioner company for erecting cellular tower at Plot No.96 in Sy.No.38/A, situated at Chaitanyapuri Colony, Bommakal Village, Karimnagar Rural, Karimnagar District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court disposed of similar WP.No.14941 of 2016 on 28.04.2016, directing the Station House Officer concerned to dispose of the representation of the petitioner therein.

The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Since the representation of the petitioner dt.13.07.2019 is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner-company's representation and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not

later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
