B/o lur I.A.No.1 of 2025 (Extension Petition) This application is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 4 in Crime No.1088 of 2024 of Panjagutta Police Station, Panjagutta Division, seeking extension of time to surrender before the concerned Station House Officer, pursuant to the order dated 16.06.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.6744 of 2025.

Heard Mr. K.Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr. M.Amarnath, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are accused Nos.3 and 4 in the aforesaid Crime and they approached this Court by filing Crl.P.No.6744 of 2025 for grant of anticipatory bail and this Court allowed the said application on 16.06.2025 and directed the petitioners to surrender before the Station House Officer concerned on or before 23.06.2025. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioners could not surrender before the Station House Officer concerned within the time stipulated by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioners would appear before the Station House Officer concerned within a period of one week from today. Unless this Court extends the time to comply with the condition of appearance before the Station House Officer concerned, as imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail, the petitioners will be put to grave hard ship.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed the same.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this application is allowed and time granted by this Court to the petitioners for appearing before the Station House Officer, Panjagutta Police Station, in order dated 16.06.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.6744 of 2025, is extended.

The petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 4 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Panjagutta Police Station, on or before 03.07.2025 between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

All other conditions imposed by this Court in order dated 16.06.2025 in Crl.P.No.6744 of 2025 shall remain unaltered.
