The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents, in conducting counselling for BAMS course in the year 2009-10, as arbitrary and illegal. While granting stay as prayed for, this Court had directed that this writ petition be listed along with W.P.No.22840 of 2009. W.P.No.22840 of 2009 was disposed of along with other writ petitions by a common order in W.P.No.23754 of 2009 and batch dated 20.12.2011.
