ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the services of the petitioner Nos.1 and 3 to 20 have been absorbed except 2nd petitioner and liberty may be given to the 2nd petitioner to pursue his remedies.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the 2nd petitioner to pursue his remedies against his non-absorption in the respondentorganization.
