THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2426 of 2015 ORDER :

Learned Government pleader placed on record the orders passed by the Division Bench in W.P.No.34361 of 2014 & batch on 29.01.2016.

2. Following the decision of the Full Bench of this Court since the writ petition is already disposed of, I see no reason to continue the contempt proceedings against the respondent.

3. Accordingly contempt case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies in accordance with the final orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court. The appearance of the Sub-Registrar, Pedakakani, Guntur is dispensed with. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
