THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.14987 of 2013 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not approving the admission of the petitioner in the 4th respondent institution by issuing proceedings in Proceedings No.APSCHE/Secy/Defi/Approval/EAMCET-2012/Engg.JNTUH/083 dated 16.04.2013 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the Rules, to set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith approve the admission of the petitioner in the 4th respondent institution and permit the petitioner to complete the Engineering course without any hindrance.

When the matter is taken up, Sri P.Narayana Swamy, representing M/s.P.Pandu Ranga Reddy learned counsel for the petitioner on record represented that in view of the subsequent events, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. 3.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
