THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2341 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order dated 24.04.2017 passed in I.A.No.285 of 2017 in O.P.No.212 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Family Court at Hyderabad.

Heard Sri D. Prakash Reddy, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms. G.Sudha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

At the time of arguments, both counsel submitted that the trial Court granted interim custody of the boy to the respondent / mother from 01.05.2017 to 15.05.2017. Both the counsel submitted that the impugned order may be modified in the interest of both parties as well as the boy and they, in one voice, suggested the following arrangement.

"The petitioner / father will drop the boy at the house of the respondent / mother between 9.30 to 10.00 AM every day. The learned counsel for both parties agreed that the respondent / mother will take the boy to Nizam Club for swimming from 5.30 to 7.30 PM and thereafter she will drop the boy at the house of the petitioner / father between 8.00 to 8.30 PM. The above arrangement will come into force with effect from 01.05.2017 and continue up to 31.05.2017."

In view of the above arrangement, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed. _____________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
