HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CONTEMPT CASE No.1136 of 2017 ORDER : (Oral) It is stated by respondent No.3 in his counter affidavit dated 30th June 2017 that as the calculation received from the lawyers of the petitioner for Rs.8,00,584/- is tallied with the calculation of Land Acquisition Officer, a Cheque bearing No.003435, dated 22.06.2017 for Rs.8,00,584/- has been deposited in Civil Court, Machilipatnam on 22nd June 2017 itself. A copy of the same is already given to the Advocate for the petitioner, which is not disputed.

In view of compliance to the order of this Court, I hereby discharge the proceedings of contempt against the respondents. The contempt case is accordingly closed.
