HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO. 174 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners in O.P.No. 308 of 2012 alleging non-disposal of OP on the ground that respondents have been delaying the matter.

This Court carefully perused the docket proceedings filed along with the present Civil Revision Petition and noticed that the matter was adjourned from 4.3.2013 to 13.3.2013 after filing of counter of first respondent and filing a memo of respondents 2 to 5 and 7 adopting the counter of R1. Later on, on the request of the petitioners themselves, the matter was adjourned on several occasions and in the absence of readiness on the part of both the counsel, the matter was adjourned on some occasions. In the circumstances, this Court sees no ground to grant any direction to the Court of the Family Court-cum- Additional District Judge, East Godavari, Rajahmundry, to which O.P.No. 308 of 2012 was transferred from the Principal District Judge.

However, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the said Court to bestow its attention to dispose of the matter, as expeditiously as possible, as alleged by the petitioners that the matter is not being disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
