Learned counsel for the petitioner submits lis in the writ petition is covered by order, dated 13-07-2012, passed by this Court in WP.No.21316 of 2012. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Following the same, this writ petition is allowed and the 2nd respondent is directed to register the documents presented by the petitioner, without treating that Section 22-A of the Registration Act applies to the said land.
