THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dt.6.11.2013 in W.P. No.20910 of 2012.

The respondent has filed a counter affidavit wherein he has inter alia stated that he has taken over as in-charge Chief Executive Officer (CEO) only on 4.10.2014 and that immediately after coming to know about the passing of the order in W.P. No.20910 of 2012, he has complied with the order passed by this Court. He has further stated that he has great respect for the Court and he cannot imagine that he will flout or even attempt to flout the order of this Court. Though there is a long delay in implementation of the order of this Court, having regard to the fact that the respondent was appointed as in-charge CEO only on 4.10.2014, he has purged the contempt, if any, by furnishing the inquiry report as directed by this Court. Hence, I do not incline to continue the contempt proceedings further. The contempt case is accordingly closed.
