This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased one in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not paying Oldage Pension under NTR Bharosa - Pensions in favour of the petitioner vide Pension No.10616558, ID No.374723, in Krishna district already exist with given Ration Card No. W/P061302400300 in favour of the petitioner, is illegal and void and opposed to Article 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to pay the Old Age Pension under NTR Bharosa - Pensions in favour of the petitioner with arrears and to pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the circumstances of the case.'

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri G.Seshadri, learned standing counsel for the third respondent, that pursuant to the orders of the Lokayukta, the Government issued G.O.Ms.No.135 dated 17.09.2014 prescribing the procedure for payment of Social Security Pension and if the petitioner falls within the parameters prescribed under the said Government Order, her case would be considered. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the application submitted by the petitioner for grant of Social Security Pension and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
