When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the respondent submits that in pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court on 7.1.2003, the respondent has considered the case of the petitioners and rejected the same vide proceedings dated 4.3.2003 and that the petitioners have not challenged the said rejection proceedings, and that this writ petition has become infructuous.
