THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI WRIT PETITION No.21990 of 2022 O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondent No.2 in not considering the representations of petitioners dated 28.07.2021 and 18.03.2022 for cancellation of permission vide File No.1/C11/18402/2017 permit No.1/C20/16718/2019 dated 19.11.2019 granted to respondent Nos.6 to 8 for construction of apartments in the land to an extent of Ac.3.00 in Sy.No.124/LU, situated at Gopanpally Village, Sherilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners Ms. K. Mani Deepika, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for respondent No.1 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 to 5 Mr. Sampath Prabhakar Reddy. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a civil suit was filed in respect of the subject property and the Court below has granted an interim order restraining the respondents therein from creating any third party interest over the petition schedule property till 11.03.2022 and further, the said interim order is in force till 13-06-2022. He submits that in spite of the said orders passed by the Court below, the
LK, J W.P.No.21990 of 2022 respondents have failed to take any action on the representations of petitioners dated 28-07-2021 and 18-03-2022.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5 submits that the respondent-Corporation will consider the representations of petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 5.
Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to consider the representations of petitioners dated 28-07-2021 and 18-03-2022 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
