Sri V.V.Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner, who is present, states that he has no instructions.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly closed.

Interim order dated 22.01.2016 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
