THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.30337 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Y. Rama Rao, learned Standing counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation on 10.07.2017. A copy of the said representation is also filed along with the writ petition as material paper.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel that the said representation will be verified and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 10.07.2017, said to have been made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
