Heard Mr.Ch.Janardhan Reddy for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents. The petitioner prays for the following relief: " ....this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue pleased to issue any order or orders, direction writ or writs more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 4th Respondent in threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the land in Sy.No.1880-4 an extent of Ac.0-24 cents and in Sy.No. 1880-3B an extent of Ac.0-40 cents situated at Poolapalle Village, Malemarpuram Revenue Village, Chitvel Mandal by deleting the petitioner name from the web land is as illegal arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice in the interest of justice and equity and pass such......"
It is the case of the petitioner that he owns certain extents of land in different survey numbers and has been cultivating the same by raising crops. The 4th respondent and his staff threatened to dispossess the petitioner from the survey numbers mentioned in the prayer by deleting his name from the web land. The Assistant Government Pleader through written instructions dated 19.04.2018 informs the Court that on an application being made by Konduru Obularaju for survey, the Mandal Surveyor, Chitvel issued notices to adjacent ryots i.e., petitioner and Sangaraju Balachandra Raju intimating them to attend for survey and demarcation with relevant documentary evidence.
writ petition. It is further stated that Konduru Obularaju has not approached their office as on date for incorporation of survey numbers in web land and as and when he approaches, action will be taken following the procedure prescribed.
