No. 26016 of 2003 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) On the last two consecutive days i.e. 06.07.2017 and 14.07.2017, when the matter was taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Same is the situation today also. It seems, the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter any further.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
