HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3495 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused seeking quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.65 of 2013 of Balanagar Police Station, Mahabubnagar District. While so, today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, while producing the letter, dated 12.08.2015, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Balanagar Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, would submit that the police referred the matter as 'false' on 29.06.2013 and accordingly a final report was also filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jadcherla, and sought for dismissal of the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present and reported no objection.

In view of the above submissions, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
