THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.26174 of 2009 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioner complains against inaction of the respondents in allowing the fourth respondent to join the third respondent society contrary to resolution No.3 of the third respondent society dated 23.07.2004.

3. On 02.12.2009, this Court passed the following interim order: "Notice.

Pending further orders, there shall be an interim direction to the third respondent - society to continue the petitioner in the same post, which he was holding earlier."

4. Having regard to the interim order granted on 02.12.2009, no further order is necessary.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
