This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to provide opportunity for substituting the details existing at Col.No.12 on the strength of the Non-Creamy Layer Certificate vide Rc.No.D/768/2018, dated 07-04-2018 of Tahsildar, Khammam Urban by considering the petitioner's representation.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.Bala Kishan Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent. Since the grievance of the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 1st respondent by way of representation dated 10-04-2018, it is for the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the same.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 10-04-2018 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.
