ORDER
This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to direct the trial Court to commence trial in C.C.No.2969 of 2018 on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyberabad. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent-State and perused the material on record.

The petitioner-de-facto complainant filed a complaint alleging that her husband-A1 and mother-in-law-A2, 2nd and 3rd respondents herein, used to harass her physically and mentally by demanding additional dowry. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that though charge sheet was filed long back, trial has not been commenced and even till date, summons were not served on the accused. 4.
In view of the limited grievance of the petitioner, it would be appropriate to direct the trial Court to commence trial in C.C.No.2969 of 2018 on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyberabad and dispose of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
