This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in seizing the Lorry bearing No.AP 26W 2699 belonging to the petitioner herein without following any procedure as contemplated under the A.P.Mines and Minerals Concession Rules, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. 3.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
