I.A.No.2 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.iii of the common order dated 13.08.2025 passed in Crl.P.Nos.6610 and 6662 of 2025 which reads as under: " The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Wednesday between 09:00 a.m., and 05:00 p.m., till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is promptly appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this Court. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against this petitioner vide common order dated 13.08.2025 passed in Crl.P.Nos.6610 and 6662 of 2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
