THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.13716 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents in not

permitting the petitioners to discharge their duties as Drivers Grade-II with effect from 01-07-2003 in Karimnagar Region.

2. Heard Sri A.K. Jayaprakash, Advocate for writ petitioners and Sri A. Ravi Babu, Standing Counsel for TSRTC., appearing for respondents.

3. Advocate for petitioners submitted that this Court granted interim direction on 10-07-2003, whereunder this Court directed the respondents to permit the petitioners to discharge their duties as Drivers and subsequently that order was modified on 20-10-2003 to the effect that the petitioners shall be allowed to continue as drivers if they are in service and it is represented that the petitioners have been continuing as drivers as per the interim directions of this Court and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the interim orders dated 20-10-2003.

4. In view of the submission of Advocate for petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim orders dated 20-10-2003. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand disposed of.
