HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. V.SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No. 1914 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 25.08.2015 passed in Writ Petition No. 24039 of 2015.

A counter affidavit is filed by the Sub Inspector of Police, Halaharvi Police Station, Kurnool District. In paragraph 6 of the Counter affidavit it is stated as follows:

" It is respectfully submitted that on the date of passing of the orders of this Honourable Court, this respondent was working as Sub Inspector of Police, Kurnool II town Police Station and he never interfered with the said land. Hence the question of disobeying the orders of this Honourable Court does not arise. Hence the Contempt Case is liable to be closed."

On noticing the same, the learned Counsel for the petitioner

requested to close the Contempt Case by recording the aforesaid averments.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed by recording the averments made in paragraph 6 of the Counter affidavit. Consequently, the respondents shall stand discharged.
