Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

2. According to the petitioner, though the petitioner was granted Trade Licence and was running a business of making bakery items in premises bearing Plot Nos.10 & 11, Kavuri Hills, Guttala Begumpet, Hyderabad, the said premises is sealed without prior notice or opportunity to him and without assigning any reasons as to why the premises was to be sealed.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4, on instructions, informs the Court that as the due process was not followed in sealing the premises, the premises is being opened, and seeks liberty to follow due process to take action against the petitioner if there is any violation.

4. Having regard to the same, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to open the premises of the petitioner if not already opened and permit the petitioner to run business in accordance with the trade licence already granted and if the same is in force.

5. However, this order does not come in the way of the Municipal Corporation to take any action against the petitioner if

petitioner is alleged to have violated any of the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________________ P. NAVEEN RAO, J July 30, 2019 KTL
