HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Contempt Case No.206 of 2016 ORDER:

S ri G.Bhaskar, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent, on written instructions, submits that the post of IERT (HI) is available at Chebrolu Mandal, for which learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to join there. Learned standing counsel for the respondent further states that they have no objection for the joining of the petitioner at Chebrolu Mandal. Recording the said submission, as there is no cause survives for adjudication in view of the above circumstances, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this case, shall stand closed.
