This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 22.02.2012 in I.A.No.369 of 2012 in O.S.No.589 of 2004 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada. As per the office note, O.S.No.589 of 2004 was disposed of on 08.08.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
