When this matter has came up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner and it seems that petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for NonProsecution. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
