HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13384 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that that they made representations on 05.07.2016 and 28.02.2017 for allotment of houses under weaker sections category before the respondents 3 and 4 and the same were not being considered. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if there is any proposal for allotment of houses, they would consider the case of the petitioners. In view of the above facts and circumstances, if any scheme is in operation for allotment of houses to the weaker sections, the competent authority is directed to consider the representations of the petitioners according to their eligibility criteria.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
