THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.13656 OF 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner alleges that he was assigned land to an extent of Acs.4.50 cents in Survey No.822/2 of Goddumarri Village on 31.12.1987. Since then, he has been cultivating the said land and eking out his livelihood. He alleges that pattadar passbook and title deeds were issued in his favour and his name also reflects in the revenue records. As the neighbouring plot owners are trying to enter into the land of the petitioner, he made application to conduct survey and demarcate the subject land. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.
It is seen from the record that on 26.02.2018, application was made by the petitioner by paying the requisite fee and receipt to that effect was also issued by Mee-seva.
4.
Since F-Line application is already made by the petitioner, the Tahsildar, Yallanuru Mandal, Anantapur District, is directed to examine the request of petitioner strictly in accordance with law and as per the guidelines of Commissioner, Survey Settlements and Land Records, Andhra Pradesh. Such exercise shall be completed and suitable reply be furnished to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
