This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.72 of 2016 of Kotananduru Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

Learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State, on instructions, submits that the police after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime filed Charge Sheet and no further orders required to be passed in this petition. 3.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
