THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22329 of 2022 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. The writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

The petitioner claims to be the absolute owner and possessor of the agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.0.39 guntas out of Ac.4.35 guntas in Sy.No. 19O/4/U, situated at Pedda Amberpet Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased the same through registered sale deed document No. 1OO94 of 1994, dated 25.08. 1994 and that he was issued pattadar passbook vide Patta No.629 and recently his name was entered in Dharani Web Portal pertaining to the said land. Subsequently, the petitioner came to know that the entire land admeasuring Ac.4.35 guntas, including the land of petitioner i.e. Ac.O.39 guntas is included in the prohibited properties list ("CARD PROHIBITED LISfl). Therefore, the petitioner made an application through Dharani Web Portal vide Grievance No.22OOO 198€3.dated 07.12.2021 seeking deletion of
MSK, J wP 22329 2022 his land from the prohibited properties list and for issuance of pattadar passbook in his favour. But, the said application is pending consideration with the respondents and till date no action has been initiated. Therefore, the petitioner seeks intervention of this Court to consider the said application. It is further contended that in addition to the online application, the petitioner also made written representation dated 06.04 .2022 before respondent No.2 seeking deletion of the subject land from the prohibited list of properties and the said representation is al so pending consideration.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the Grievance Application No.220O0 19823 dated, 07.12.2021 submitted by the petitioner through on-line, as well as the written representation dated 06.O4.2022 submitted by the petitioner seeking deletion of the land admeasuring Ac.O.39 guntas in Sy.No. 19O/4/ U, situated at Pedda Amberpet Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of. eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
