HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13665 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that while he was working as Field Assistant, the 2nd respondent issued proceedings vide Rc.No.450/2017/HR, dated 30.10.2017 suspending the petitioner pending enquiry, on certain allegations and there after petitioner submitted explanation on 30.11.2017. But, no orders are passed as on today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per Rules, enquiry proceedings have to be concluded within one month, but as on today, the same were not concluded.

Head Sri M.S.R.Chandramurthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the explanation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2017 and take action in accordance with Rules within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
