.....Respondent(s) Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents in not taking any action against the 5th respondent in pursuance to the enquiry report dt.12.5.2015 of the EO, PR & RD, Kuravi by the respondents No.1 to 4 against the Respondent No.5 is illegal, arbitrary and further direct the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take action in pursuance of the enquiry report submitted by the EO, PRD, Kuravi.
