Heard Mr.B.Raju for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ...... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not taking any action on the representation dated 23.03.2018 submitted by the petitioner herein as arbitrary, illegal discriminatory, erroneous and voilative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents No 2 to 4 to consider the representation dated 23.03.2018 for taking necessary course of action in accordance with law......" .
The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2018 would be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law and orders are passed and communicated within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
By accepting and placing the statement of the Assistant Government Pleader on record, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
