The case of the petitioner is that appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 5(5) of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 vide Appeal No.D/Appeal No.4764 of 2014 before the 2nd respondent is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the affected parties in the appeal, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
