HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Revision Case No.359 of 2016 ORDER:

This revision is filed against the order, dated 2812-2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1344 of 2015 in M.C. No.33 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the Trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cum-Additional Family Court, Hyderabad. Respondent Nos.1 to 4 filed the above application viz., Crl.M.P.No.1344 of 2015 claiming interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per month to Respondent No.1 and at the rate of Rs.5,000/- per month each to Respondent Nos.2 to 4 on the ground that the petitioner neglected to look after them. The Court below granted interim maintenance of Rs.6,000/- per month to Respondent No.1 and Rs.3,000/- per month each to Respondent Nos.2 to 4. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present revision.

Heard and perused the material available on record.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits

of the case, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of modifying the order under revision as follows: The petitioner is directed to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.3,000/- per month to Respondent No.1 and Rs.1,500/- per month each to Respondent Nos.2 to 4 from the date of the above Crl.M.P. and he is also directed to pay the maintenance at the same rate on or before 10th of every succeeding month till the disposal of M.C. and he is also directed to pay the arrears of maintenance, if any, at the same rate within three months from today. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the M.C. as expeditiously as possible without being influenced by this order and the order under revision.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision are closed. ______________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Dated: 03-02-2016 skmr
