- 2 - HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.16119 OF 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for revenue for respondents. 2.

According to petitioners first petitioner was owner of land to an extent of Ac.3-03 guntas in Sy.No.46/E/1, of Nerrapally Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. After selling his land to an extent of Ac.2.20 guntas he is the owner of Ac.0-23 guntas. Accordingly, they applied for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed.

3.

However, the material on record would disclose that petitioners have not filed application in accordance with prescribed form i.e., Form VI-A, but made some other application. Further petitioners name do not reflect in the revenue records. Therefore, they ought to have made application for mutation of their name and then for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. 4.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies with reference to mutation claim and consequently for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
