This civil revision petition is filed by the petitionersdefendants, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 01.6.2017 passed in I.A.No.706 of 2016 in O.S. No.593 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. 3.

The trial Court passed the impugned order in I.A. No.706 of 2016 along with I.A.No.808 of 2016 in O.S.No.593 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool. 4.

Today, this Court allowed CRP No.3292 of 2017 and set aside the order dated 01.6.2017 in I.A.No.808 of 2016 in O.S.No.593 of 2008. In view of the orders passed in CRP No.3292 of 2017, no further orders are necessary in this revision petition. 5.
