In the counter filed by the respondent Nos.1 and 2, a copy of application dated 29.01.2024 filed by the petitioner for issuance of fresh passport has been enclosed as the Annexure along with details of cases pending against the petitioner in various Police Stations have been mentioned.

It appears that there are about 61 cases pending against the petitioner.

However, in some cases, C.C.Nos. are mentioned but there are no details in which, those cases are pending.

In that view of the matter the respondent No.3 is directed to ascertain various cases pending against the petitioner and a counter affidavit be filed explaining the status of various cases pending against the petitioner.

Post this matter on 14.08.2025 for filing counter by respondent No.3 in usual course.
