When the matter is called, it is the submission of the learned public prosecutor that police already filed final report and that was taken cognizance by the XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad. Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to impugn the police final report with necessary material.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
