This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P.M.P.No.13522 of 2015 in W.P.No.10262 of 2015 dated 13.04.2015.

When the case is called, both learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and the learned counsel for the contempt petitioners submits that petitioner does not wish to prosecute the contempt case.
