Sri S.V.Ramana, learned counsel representing Sri O.Manoher Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that subsequent to the institution of this writ petition, the petitioner's Form2B licence was renewed. In that view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as such. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
