O R D E R
This Criminal Petition is filed praying this Court to enlarge the petitioner on bail who is arrayed as accused No.4 in Crime No.651 of 2025 of Allapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate. The offence alleged against the petitioner is punishable under Sections 61 (2) and 109 read with 3 (5) of the BNS.

The de facto complainant lodged a report before police on 11.12.2025 wherein it is stated that from unknown persons requesting him to keep his shop open for purchasing an auto

At about 10:20 PM, two persons came to his shop and after some conversation, when the complainant went inside to bring a battery, they allegedly attacked him with knives causing bleeding injuries on his head and hand, with an intention to kill him. The complainant raised cries and escaped with the help of nearby persons, while the assailments fled from the scene. Based on his report, police registered a crime for the above said offences.

Heard Sri K.Naresh Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-A.4 and Sri M.Ramachandra Reddy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondentState. 4.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent of the said allegations; that the petitioner has voluntarily surrendered before the Court concerned on 30.03.2026; the petitioner was also given custody for one day; that entire investigation is completed; that other accused were released on bail; that the petitioner is cooperated with the investigation and hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.
On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed for grant of bail contending that the offences alleged against the petitioner are severe in nature; that the petitioner
- 3 - herein was instigated A.1 and A.2 for commission of said offence and hence, the petitioner is not entitled for bail and hence, he prays to dismiss the petition.

Having regard to the submissions made and the material placed on record, it is seen that petitioner is in jail from 30.03.2026 and record shows that L.Ws.1 to 16 were examined and other accused were already released on bail, this Court deems it fit to grant bail to the petitioner subject to the following conditions:
i.
The petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the IAdditional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Kukatpally.
ii.
The petitioner shall appear before the concerned SHO between 09.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m., on every Wednesday for a period of eight (8) weeks or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier, for the purpose of investigation, and thereafter, as and when required.
iii.
The petitioner shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 483(2) of the BNSS.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
