On 06.10.2017, when the matter is called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Matter is listed for 'dismissal' today. Today also there is no representation. 2.

W.P.No.31851 of 2015 was disposed of, directing the 1st respondent in the writ petition to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 25.08.2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Alleging violation of the said orders, this contempt case is filed.

The Assistant Commissioner and Executive Officer of the respondenttemple filed counter-affidavit. In paragraph-22 of the counter-affidavit, it is stated that on 08.07.2017, decision was made and communicated to the petitioner. It is further averred that he received copy of the order in the first week of June, 2017 and he was kept additional charge as Assistant Commissioner and Executive Officer of Sri Prasanna Anjaneya Swamy Temple, Singarakonda village, Addanki Mandal on 29.05.2017 along with the present temple. In view of the additional responsibility, there is delay in taking a decision.

Explanation offered for delay is accepted. In view of the decision already made, as directed by this Court, it cannot be said that respondent is violated the directions of this Court. Contempt Case is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
