THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1724 of 2012 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, pursuant to the orders of this Court in W.P.No.14395 of 2010, dated 11.04.2012, the survey of the lands in Survey No.435/1 for an extent of Acs.2.96 cents, Survey No.436/1A for an extent of Ac.1.71 cents and Survey No.437/1 for an extent of Acs.5.65 cents in total Acs.10.32 cents situated at Tallapallem Village, Kavali Mandal in SPSR Nellore, was conducted, and in view of the same, no further proceedings need be taken up in the present Contempt Case.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
