K. Kondal Reddy v. Union Of India
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NOs.5922 & 7802 of 2009 COMMON ORDER:
When these matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5556 of 2009, dated 30.10.2018, and contends that the present writ petitions also be disposed of in terms of the said order. Learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the respondents has not disputed the above submission. In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 30.10.2018 in W.P.No.5556 of 2009, these writ petitions are also disposed of directing the petitioners to submit individual representations to the respondents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, staking their claim for continuity of service, seniority and other benefits. On such representations being received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ______________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J 26th August, 2019 v v
